Fabrication, Assembly, and Testing

Combined with our unmatched product offering, our in-house fabrication and machining capabilities sets VeloDyne apart from other chemical equipment and bulk solids handling companies in the industry. VeloDyne is compliant with the standards of the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), the National Electric Code (NEC), the American Standards Institute (ANSI). VeloDyne is an Underwriters Laboratories (UL) panel shop. Our welders are American Welding Society (AWS) certified.

Our highly experienced fabrication personnel are certified in ASME and AWS welding practices including certifications in Gas Tungsten Arc Welding (GTAW).

Between our two facilities in Colorado and Missouri, VeloDyne’s production team has many years of experience in manufacturing, assembly, electrical and control panel building, and QC/QA. Our control panel shop is uL508A and CuL certified and CSA capable, ensuring the highest quality on every panel we build. Our production personnel have experience building a wide variety of diverse, quality products with materials specifically suited for the application; PVC, stainless steel, carbon steel, HDPE, and many others. Our testing centers provide the ability for complete, rigorous testing of each system prior to shipment, where the equipment is run at full capacities and pressure, control logic is fully tested and all instruments are calibrated and verified.
